Interchange Holdings is a technology investment and holding company incorporated in Estonia (registry code 14372515), headquartered in Tallinn. We back and build businesses that make payments faster, safer and more transparent, working with governments and corporate clients across multiple countries. Our portfolio companies operate in consumer finance and global payments infrastructure.
As a relatively lean holding company, we work with a focused supply chain comprising principally technology vendors, professional services providers (including legal and financial advisers), and cloud infrastructure providers. We believe this structure allows us to maintain clear oversight of our procurement activities.
Interchange Holdings maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our commitments are embedded in our internal governance framework, which includes:

We conduct due diligence on prospective suppliers and business partners as part of our standard onboarding process. This includes assessment of labour practices, ethical business conduct and compliance with applicable law. We give particular attention to higher-risk procurement categories and geographies.
Within our portfolio companies, we require and encourage the adoption of equivalent standards, providing guidance and oversight through our governance and investment management processes.
We assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain as low, for the following reasons:
Notwithstanding this low-risk profile, we remain vigilant and continue to review our risk assessment annually.
We ensure that team members responsible for procurement and supplier relationships are aware of the risks of modern slavery and the indicators that may suggest its presence. We are committed to developing training resources proportionate to the scale and risk profile of our operations as the business grows.
